Interim and Project Management
Integra Leisure specialises in arranging and providing short term placements on an interim basis thus solving your temporary staffing problem and adding value to your organisation. Recent placements include a Parks and Conservation manager for a London borough and a Project Manager for the implementation of 14 ICT Learning Centres in Kent.
Procurement
We can advise and help you to arrange the most appropriate method of managing your facility or maintaining your service. We are well placed to bring a range of parties together, to manage the process and to supply the necessary documentation. Examples of recent work in this area include the procurement process for the London Borough of Newham’s grounds maintenance service.
Operational Management
We specialise in ensuring that your facility or service is managed to the highest possible standard. Integra Leisure recently worked with the operator and client of the state of the art Manchester Aquatics Centre and the Basingstoke Aquadrome to produce operational plans, marketing strategies, customer care procedures and quality assurance arrangements.
Partnerships
Often challenging problems require innovative solutions. Again we are well placed to provide these. We are currently working with SPRITO, Sport England, the Learning and Skills Council and host organisations to put in place a project to improve and sustain the quality of sport development workers in the southeast using the Modern Apprenticeship scheme.
